Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed apparel.
- Items damaged by misuse.
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable).
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
We'll review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
